Logistics warehouses and identification of transit areas by means of plates and labels with barcodes and two-dimensional codes

In logistics warehouses and production spaces, industrial floors must meet requirements of strength, safety, and cleanliness to support the traffic and weight of machinery and goods. Efficiency and automation are achieved using DURABLE PLATES AND LABELS with barcodes and two-dimensional codes, such as QR codes, to mark passageways and locations. These codes are read by automated transport systems (forklifts, robots, or drones) that move goods or track products. Advantages: easy installation and replacement, cost-effective and eco-friendly, accurate and reliable, versatile and adaptable, reduce downtime of transport systems.

    2. LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY

      LOW CENTER OF GRAVITY

Low center of gravity industrial casters are a type of caster specifically designed for industrial applications requiring stability and safety. 💪🏻 These casters are manufactured with high quality materials and feature a special design that reduces their center of gravity, allowing them to withstand heavy loads and sudden movements without losing stability. Their low profile also allows them to be used in tight spaces or in applications where greater control and precision are required. 🔥 Low center of gravity industrial casters are an excellent choice for any company looking to improve safety and efficiency in their industrial processes. 💢

    3. Low frequency pneumatic levelling mounts

      Low frequency pneumatic levelling mounts

ACE has a range of low frequency pneumatic levelling mounts under the designations PLM and PAL: they keep vibrations, impacts and force peaks, e.g. from high performance and precision machines, at bay. The PLM pneumatic levelling mounts particularly serve the purpose of isolating test facilities and high performance machine with their low intrinsic frequency of 3 Hz. A ratio of 1:1 between the horizontal and vertical intrinsic frequency ensures strong horizontal stability and a longer service life, amongst other aspects. The low frequency PAL pneumatic levelling mounts with automatic level regulation create conditions with a constant level. This efficient variant, used in precision measuring devices amongst others, is distinguished by the fast reaction time and intrinsic frequencies, which can reach levels of up to 0.5 Hz depending on the design.

    4. Low volume manufacturing and end use parts

Low volume manufacturing and end use parts

The manufacture of short series (small batches) is highly recommended if the product should be on the market within a short period of time. Also, when it is a first version of a new idea or concept, or the evolution of a previous version. The manufacturing of final pieces using additive manufacturing technologies allows to obtain pieces of polyamide (PA 12) without limitations regarding the geometry of the designs and without the need to invest in injection molds. In both cases, the reduction of time and cost of manufacturing components is an advantage over other traditional manufacturing methods. These generally present the problem of not being technically and economically viable for the manufacture of short series. Therefore, more and more, companies seek effective solutions through new technologies.

    5. LS 912 JF CEVOLUTION abrasive belts with cloth backing (super flexible)

LS 912 JF CEVOLUTION abrasive belts with cloth backing (super flexible)

The LS912JF abrasive belts from Klingspor with CEVOLUTION technology are the ideal solution for working on contoured surfaces and delicate parts. Thanks to their flexible (JF) cloth backing, these belts easily adapt to irregular shapes, providing a uniform and precise finish. The abrasive grain is composed of aluminum oxide with active additives, ensuring aggressive and consistent cutting on difficult materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, titanium, and superalloys. This significantly reduces heat buildup and minimizes the risk of discoloration or material distortion. CEVOLUTION technology optimizes all components of the abrasive (grain, binder, and structure), guaranteeing superior performance with a longer service life, better material removal rates, and reduced wear. This translates into efficient belt usage, increased productivity, and cost savings. The LS912JF belts are suitable for a variety of applications, from intermediate sanding to fine finishing, and are available in a wide range of sizes and grit types. Their durability and strength make them a reliable choice for demanding processes, such as finishing complex metal components or precision tool manufacturing. Key Features: -Flexible JF cloth backing. -Aluminum oxide grain with additives. -Ideal for stainless steel, titanium, and superalloys. -Enhanced durability and optimized performance with CEVOLUTION. -Wide range of applications and grit sizes.

Lubricants, unblocking, multifunctions, oil, and greases...

Lubricants are helpful to reduce the wear and tear of a broad range of mechanisms. They create a thin layer that separates two surfaces and avoids direct contact direct contact, for this reason they are very helpful on any moving mechanism, from car engines to everyday zips. Ambro-Sol lubricants are a wide range of products that can meet the needs of many different industries such as automotive, Industrial, ground moving/heavy equipment, agricultural, nautical, food, sporting goods, but also in DIY work. Ambro-Sol lubricants are available in aerosol and non-aerosol packaging.

    7. Luma Service

      Luma Service
