What is Lubo Lubrication?

Lubo Lubrication is an intelligent, dry lubricant applied to the threads of stainless steel and carbon steel fasteners. It is the ideal alternative to conventional assembly paste, as the lubricant is already applied to the thread. Simply assemble the fastener—cleanly, quickly and efficiently. It also performs exceptionally well in high-speed automated assembly.

Even damaged threads are no obstacle. By preventing galling and thread seizure, Lubo can reduce assembly time by up to 80%, while significantly lowering maintenance costs and increasing productivity.

Without proper lubrication, stainless steel fasteners are prone to seizing, often leading to costly repairs such as drilling, grinding or re-tapping. With Lubo, these problems become a thing of the past. Lubo is a lubricant—not a coating.
