Spray/immersion cleaning installation, 2/3 baths, filtration and regeneration, hot air and vacuum drying
The EcoCwave is a high-performance spray and immersion cleaning system equipped with a vacuum-resistant working chamber. It can be optionally configured with two or three independent cleaning stages.
The vertical cylindrical tanks, designed to optimize the flow of the cleaning media, ensure high flexibility and improved process quality:
- Universal application: for various wet chemical cleaning and surface treatment applications, thanks to the availability of two or three baths.
- Innovative technology with a small footprint: a footprint of only 5.5 m² (installation with 2 tanks).
- Optimized flow of cleaning media: the vertical cylindrical tanks prevent the accumulation of residual particles and allow for comprehensive filtration and regeneration of the cleaning media.
- 100% effective drying: using hot air and vacuum.
