UCMSmartLine – Modular solution for precision cleaning processes
The UCMSmartLine is a modular, serial ultrasonic immersion cleaning system, configurable with up to 9 cleaning and rinsing stages. Its flexible design allows the process to be adapted to different cleaning requirements and components with high quality standards.
It features ultrasonic frequencies from 25 to 120 kHz, with mono, bi, or multi-frequency configurations.
The multi-stage cleaning and rinsing process offers various drying options: hot air, infrared, and vacuum.
Up to 99 configurable programs are available, and the process is controlled via an industrial PC with visualization and fault diagnostics.
The compact, enclosed design includes HEPA filtration and cleanroom integration.
The modular and expandable system allows for the addition of modules as production needs evolve.
The UCMSmartLine is particularly well-suited for precision mechanics, automotive, aerospace, precision optics, medical technology, and PVD/CVD applications where high levels of cleanliness and process control are essential.
