KS 652 is a double column semiautomaitc bandsaw suitable for steel wroks factories, carpentries and steel producers that need to cut up to 60° on both left and right. The machine is the perfect solution and professional tool to cut bars, profiles, beams, tubes and pipes thanks to it's high blade tension, rigid structure during descent, accuracy and precision for angle setting thanks to the graded scale on working plate and easy-to-use panel control on independent consolle. The machine is equipped with a 3KW motor and 34mm blade as standard with the option to add the high performance package with blade 41mm, 4kw motor and hydraulic tension. The vice slides transversally on the work surface, linear guides, locking and rapid approach, complete with standard pressure reducer. All the saws of KS series (450, 502, 620 and 652) allow to fix the material clamping vice only once and then to rotate the arc for cutting both right and left (up to 60 °). To ease sawframe descent and detection of the first cut point, the machine is equipped with mechanical detection device. The end of the cut is made with the blade still canted to ease the process even on bigger profiles and square tubes so that it's always cuttig just a section of the material and not a full solid area.
