KTECH 652 is the automatic bandsaw for mitre cutting suitable for metal construction companies and steel works factory

Within the IMET product range, the KTECH Series is a family of automatic bandsaws designed for mitre cutting, developed for the processing of beams, tubes, profiles and structural steel. It is suitable for a wide range of industrial users, including steel traders, tube manufacturers, frame manufacturers and metal fabrication companies.

Key Technical Features
• Heavy-duty welded steel structure for rigidity and cutting stability
• Integrated automatic feeder with feeder lengths from 1200 mm up to 6000 mm, depending on the model. Additional feeder length is available as an option on KTECH 502 and 652.
• Variable blade speed up to 100 m/min, depending on the model
• 10” CNC touchscreen with a simple and intuitive interface for managing the cutting cycle and coordinating material feeding system and sawframe rotation
• Up to 99 cutting programs with programmable lengths, quantities and angles
• Compatible with automatic loading, unloading and marking systems
• Optional Industry 4.0 Ready configuration, with remote programming, production monitoring and connection to the company network through the available IMET software solutions
