Welding automation

At Codesol we have a wide range of welding handling equipment for sale and rental:
- Welding positioners designed to provide maximum positioning flexibility through the use of table tilting and rotation, to manipulate the work piece and position it effectively for welding or to place it precisely for assembly and fabrication. We have several models such as conventional positioners, hydraulic, horizontal and centering plates.
- Columns for welding designed to meet the different needs of the market and to which the different welding processes can be adapted (Mig, Tig, Submerged Arc, Plasma, TipTig, etc) and accessories (oscillators, seam trackers, arc controls …etc).
- Our welding rotators provide an economic and practical response to the problems of rotation and handling of cylindrical containers. The proven design of Codesol uses resistant and replaceable polyurethane wheels for all our welding rotators and we also have the option of mounting steel wheels. They are mounted in a cast steel drum for maximum durability and superior traction. A manual remote control with 10 meter cable provides the operator with total control of the toner, which includes a potentiometer to vary the speed, move forward / backward and stop.
