AER Automation, the Spanish Association of Robotics and Automation, is a non-profit association that brings together the main players in the industrial, service and educational automation and robotics market: Manufacturers, Distributors, Engineering, Integrators, Technology Centers, Startups , Universities, Training Centers and End-User Companies. Its mission is to promote the transformation of the manufacturing sector in Spain through robotics and automation technologies, as well as to establish a strategic agenda to face future challenges. It also aims to provide cross-cutting knowledge to improve business competitiveness and efficiency in all demand sectors. Lastly, guarantee a fluid access of qualified young talent to Industry 4.0, also promoting the requalification of senior talent.
