About us
We have established ourselves as a versatile and specialized aluminum foundry, capable of adapting to the needs of each project and sector, while maintaining high quality standards and a competitive cost structure. All our production takes place entirely in Spain, at our own facilities, allowing us to guarantee greater control over processes, quality, manufacturing deadlines, and the traceability of each project. Our experience and production capacity enable us to manufacture everything from simple parts to more technically complex components, offering solutions tailored to both short runs and recurring production. We work for a wide variety of industrial sectors, including lighting, automotive, aerospace, marine, rail, electrical equipment, metalwork, electronics, industrial machinery, hospitality, and hardware, among others. This diversification provides us with extensive experience in different types of parts, applications, and technical requirements. Facilities and Production Capacity We have 2,100 m² of facilities where we concentrate the different phases of the production process: our own workshop for the design and manufacture of molds and dies, foundry, secondary operations, machine shop, warehouse, offices, and shipping. This integration, along with 100% national production, allows us to maintain direct control of the entire manufacturing process, reduce response times, and offer an agile, flexible, and coordinated service. Strategic Location and European Service We are located just 20 km from Barcelona, in a strategic location with excellent logistical connections to serve both the national market and clients in various European countries. Furthermore, we have our own transport, providing greater flexibility in managing collections and deliveries and offering a more personalized service tailored to each client's needs. Our goal is to be more than just a supplier of aluminum parts: we want to be an industrial partner capable of supporting the client from the initial development and mold manufacturing to the production and delivery of the finished part, with the guarantee of entirely national manufacturing.
