Aluminium Casting with Sand Cores

Sand cores enable internal cavities and complex geometries in aluminium cast components.

We use sand cores during the casting process to manufacture aluminium components with internal cavities, hollow sections and geometries that cannot be achieved through conventional demoulding. This solution is particularly suitable for components with greater geometric complexity.
