REF 400 Cooling agent

REF 400 is a cooling liquid for welding circuits, cooling systems and for specific instrumentation. Its antifreeze, protective and permanent mixture at a very low conductivity formulation, allows to work at temperatures between -20 ° C and +120 ° C. It helps the lubrication of rotating mechanisms. REF 400 contains corrosion inhibitors that protect the cooling circuits and it does not attack metals (copper, steel, aluminium, alloys, etc.). According to ASTM 1384 Test. REF 400 is compatible with all plastics and elastomers (PP, PVC, HDPE, EPDM, NBR etc.). The ingredients of REF 400 are listed according to Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-Part 182 - Part 184.

METACLEAN 300 Dry cleaner spray for metals

METACLEAN is a degreaser and cleaner spray for metals. It eliminates any kind of dirt present on the metaI: oil spots, grease spots, encrustations, tar, carbon residues and glues. It quickly evaporates without leaving grease residues. Suitable also for stainless steel, aluminium.

RIVELEX 200 White detector spray

RIVELEX 200 is a spray that detects the cracks or porosity on welded surfaces. It allows a fast application, thanks to its rapid evaporation solvents; the product leaves a white powder layer that detects the porosity on welded surface. It does not damage the treated materials. It can be used in combination with red and fluorescent penetrants (PENTRIX 100). Chemical base used for the formulation is compliance with ASME 2644. Type II; MIL-I-25135.form D, type II.

PENTRIX 100 Red penetrant spray

PENTRIX 100 is a red penetrating liquid in spray formulated to discover the cracks or porosity caused by the welding on ferrous materials and others. Thanks to its intense colour and composition, PENTRIX can penetrate into the most difficult parts giving prominence to the welding cracks.

ZINCOBRIL is an anti-rust protector in shining shade with a high covering power. It is a ready-to-use mono-component product with an elevated concentration (98%) of pure zinc in synthetic suspension. Highly indicated to restore zinc coatings (galvanization) on weldings and to protect all ferrous materials. It creates an elastic film resisting all weather conditions. It can be used either alone or painted over thanks to its very fast drying without dripping. Shake the can very well before use. High heat resistance.

LIGHT GALVANIZING

LIGHT GALVANIZING is an anti-rust protector in matt clear shade with a high covering power. It is a ready-to-use mono-component product with an elevated concentration (98%) of pure zinc in synthetic suspension. Highly indicated to restore zinc coatings (galvanization) on weldings and to protect all ferrous materials. It creates an elastic film resisting all weather conditions. It can be used either alone or painted over thanks to its very fast drying without dripping. For the liquid format, dilute with a 10% of synthetic solvent if applied with a brush or 20% if applied with a spray gun. Shake the can very well before use. High heat resistance up to 700°C.

STAINLESS STEEL

STAINLESS STEEL is a micronized stainless steel spray ideal to restore all materials made of steel: marine equipment, cooling chambers, sinks, tanks, welds, piping, etc… It is easy to apply, it dries rapidly in the open air forming a compact, resistant, flexible film, which can be painted upon or left as a final protection, thanks to its high content of liquid steel. Shake very well before use. High heat resistance.

KONVERTER SPRAY

Rapidly turns rust attached to ferrous surfaces into an inert compound due to a chemical reaction. There is no need to clean the surface from rust as the product is applied directly and blocks the rust. It is weather resistant and dries in 40 minutes. Konverter is widely used in the building sector for the protection from oxidation of the concrete’s reinforcements rods. Directions: shake the can for 1-2 minutes before use and spray the surface to be treated from a distance of 25-30 cm. The chemical reaction with rust occurs rapidly, but the complete transformation and consolidation process takes place after 24 hours. Once this time has expired, repainting can be carried out within 48 hours at the most from the application of KONVERTER SPRAY otherwise the treated surface must be sanded down. The vandalic use of the product implies serious sanctions. Varnish removal: through Acetone and/or Nitrodiluent.

OX550 OXEN

OX550 OXEN Liquid chemical activator for the controlled formation of oxidation on ferrous metals and Corten steel, ideal for quickly achieving a uniform, natural rust effect. Used in industrial decoration and artistic craftsmanship to create an antique finish on ironwork. Apply undiluted to rough, clean, dry and degreased surfaces, sanding the surface lightly if necessary. Apply by spraying, brushing or sponging, depending on the desired effect. If necessary, apply a second coat or spray with salt water to intensify the oxidation; leave to react for approximately 24 hours, then rinse with water and clean the tools. Coverage: 10–15 m²/L.

RE550 RENOX

RE550 RENOX - Highly reactive, acid-based liquid rust converter and phosphatiser for iron oxides; water-miscible and suitable for overcoating. It transforms rust into a stable layer that slows down corrosion, making it ideal for the maintenance of metal surfaces, structural steelwork and mechanical components. It can also be used as a rust remover. Apply undiluted with a brush or spray onto a surface cleared of the heaviest rust. Leave to react for a few minutes, remove any residue and apply a second coat. Full drying time 12–24 hours; coverage 15–20 m²/L.

MP650 METAL PROTECT

MP650 METAL PROTECT A high-performance, satin-finish transparent rust inhibitor designed to halt and stabilise the oxidation processes in ironwork. Suitable for maintenance in the construction and industrial sectors on railings, gates, shutters, latticework and metal structures made of steel, zinc, copper and aluminium; also excellent as a primer for galvanised surfaces. On CORTEN steel, it halts the progression of oxidation whilst maintaining the natural appearance of the rust and can be left as a finish. Apply as is by brush or spray onto dry, clean and degreased surfaces. For severe oxidation, apply two coats; can be overpainted after 24–48 hours; coverage: 18–20 m²/L.
