1. Participate in formulation development, lab tests and performance verification of welding flux products.
2. Optimize existing flux formulas and production processes according to test data and market feedback.
3. Complete test records, technical reports and experimental documentation; sort out test related raw data.
4. Cooperate with production, quality and sales teams to resolve product technical problems.
5. Track domestic & overseas welding material technical trends, collect competitor product information.
6. Assist in new product pilot trial and technical evaluation for overseas customer sample demands.
