1.Formulate and execute regional market strategy, achieve sales & market share targets for welding flux products in assigned country. 2.Develop local distributors, agents and end user manufacturers; conduct business negotiation, contract signing and maintain key client relationships. 3.Collect local industry policies, competitor intelligence and customer demands, submit regular market analysis reports to China headquarters. 4.Manage daily operations of local office, coordinate with domestic departments for sample delivery, order fulfillment and after sales technical support. 5.Represent the company to attend local industrial exhibitions & industry events, build and enhance our local brand influence. 6.Lead local office business team, control regional business risks and report business performance to headquarters periodically.
R&D Specialist (Welding Flux New Material)
1. Participate in formulation development, lab tests and performance verification of welding flux products. 2. Optimize existing flux formulas and production processes according to test data and market feedback. 3. Complete test records, technical reports and experimental documentation; sort out test related raw data. 4. Cooperate with production, quality and sales teams to resolve product technical problems. 5. Track domestic & overseas welding material technical trends, collect competitor product information. 6. Assist in new product pilot trial and technical evaluation for overseas customer sample demands.
