"The 4th National Welding Flux Technology Seminar" Undertaken by Phoenix Welding Materials Successfully Held in Zhengzhou
Nearly a hundred top experts and industry elites from China’s welding sector gathered in Zhengzhou to discuss technological innovation and future prospects for the domestic welding industry in the new era.
On Apr 22, 2025, the 4th National Welding Flux Tech. Seminar was held in Zhengzhou, sponsored by Nat. Welding Materials Sub-Committee & Welding Material Application Special Comm., undertaken by Harbin Welding Inst., Nat. Inspection Center, Zhengzhou Phoenix New Material & Zhonghan Heli. ~100 top experts discussed innovation & future of domestic welding.
Huang Wei (Deputy District Chief) & Wang Yujie (Dev. Zone Director) attended. Guo Xiao chaired reports. Themed "Whole Industrial Chain – Collaborative Innovation of IUR Application," heated exchanges covered key sector dev. & tech.
Chairman Zhang Hongwei stated Phoenix Welding Materials, with ~30 years in submerged arc flux, follows "Endless Innovation, Flaw Free Products," optimizing processes, equipment, quality & mix. Facing high-end, green industrialization, the seminar aims to discuss professional issues, share cutting-edge tech, smooth IUR cooperation, and boost China's flux industry.
Yang Yuting (Chairman) concluded, thanking Phoenix for hosting. He noted flux's small share but equal importance. Speakers from all sides shared experience, reached consensus, clarified demands, strengthened cooperation, injecting new quality productive forces into intelligent, green flux dev. and sustaining healthy welding industry growth.
