PHOENIXWELD HW6OD flux is suitable for strip overlay submerged arc welding processes, featuring stable welding arc, excellent process performance, smooth and fine surface formation, and superior slag release performance. The deposited metal exhibits almost no carbon increase, minimal alloying element burn-off, good metal fusion, and low dilution rate. When paired with corresponding welding strips, it is applicable to surfacing welding of stainless steel corrosion-resistant layers in industries such as petrochemical, coal chemical, and nuclear power.
