HW874

HW874 is a sintered flux specially designed for multi-wire processes in the production of longitudinal welded pipeline. As an active flux, it can transfer silicon and manganese elements to the weld metal and stably function under both DC and AC currents. When applied to submerged arc welding processes with three or more wires, HW874 exhibits excellent welding performance, particularly with smooth weld surfaces free of metal pitting. The flux has broad adaptability to various welding wires and all pipeline steels, meeting diverse welding requirements.
