Welding: equipment and components

Fronius will be performing additive manufacturing live at AMM25.

The Austrian manufacturer, which will celebrate its 80th anniversary in 2025, is coming to the event with the goal of ushering in a new era in manual welding and consolidating the most cutting-edge automated processes in metal fabrication.

Fronius Spain will have two distinct exhibition areas, located opposite each other, at stands 8D05/6/7/8 in Hall 8, with a total area of 144 m². This layout will allow visitors to discover firsthand the brand's extensive technological offering, structured into two main areas: manual welding, with the launch of a new MIG/MAG system, and robotics applied to welding automation. Fronius will not only offer a display of systems but also live demonstrations, technical advice, and first-hand experiences.

New Fronius Fortis: AI Comes to Manual Welding
The manual welding area will host the star of the show, Fronius Fortis, the new and acclaimed state-of-the-art multi-process MIG/MAG welding machine that incorporates artificial intelligence, among other improvements such as new pulsed curves, to offer revolutionary support to welders. This technology enables more precise and adaptable control of welding parameters, raising quality standards and facilitating work even under changing conditions.

During the event, attendees will be able to participate in live, hands-on welding demonstrations led by Fronius technicians and experience the capabilities of the new systems firsthand. Fortis is compatible with other Fronius solutions such as FlexTrack45 Pro, a rail-guided welding carriage for mechanized longitudinal welding, and WeldCube software, which monitors, manages, and digitizes welding data for complete traceability of components and their weld seams, among other functions.
