Böllhoff reinforces its activity in the aerospace market with the complete purchase of the company SNEP.
This French manufacturer of special fasteners for the aerospace industry is based in Montbrison, France, and was founded in 1918. With 110 employees, the company achieved a total sales figure of 16 million euros in 2020. Its range of products is based on complex and highly specialized fastenings, such as washers, nuts and special bushings, as well as accessories for liquids or precision parts. From now on, SNEP will operate within the Group under the name Bollhoff SNEP S.A. For its part, SNEP will benefit from our extensive experience in innovation and in joining with lightweight materials. After a very tough year for this sector, Böllhoff is betting on the aerospace sector.
