Installation is simple and requires no machine modifications: it is mounted directly onto the machine guides like a standard sanding shoe and only needs the air supply connection, although it can also operate without pneumatic input. Direct cooling at the contact area lowers temperature during sanding, reduces abrasive wear by up to 40%, and improves the stability and flatness of the sanding shoe, allowing higher feed speeds.
