Designed for vibration‑prone cuts in pipes, beams and profiles. The strengthened tooth back increases resistance during interrupted cuts and prevents tooth breakage. The M42 HSS edge offers excellent mechanical properties, ideal for round and square tubes. Long Life version optimized for high‑production cutting.

M51 / M51 Long Life
Made with special alloy steel strip with high chrome content and HSS M51 tooth edge with optimized geometry for aggressive cutting and improved chip evacuation. High cobalt and tungsten content provides strong thermal and mechanical wear resistance. Suitable for alloyed steels and exotic alloys. Long Life version offers extended service life for high‑production cutting.

High‑performance blade with carbide inserts for hardened or induction‑hardened steels (>50 HRc), materials with internal stresses, titanium and its alloys, Ni/Co/Cr‑based alloys and aluminum bronze.

Grit – Continuously coated grit
Blades coated with multi‑faceted tungsten carbide grains on a flexible strip. The numerous cutting edges provide a smooth cutting surface. Suitable for graphite, carbon, aerated concrete, rubber and composites.
