High‑performance fibre discs engineered to deliver exceptional cutting power, long service life and a superior finish. Designed for both light and heavy material removal, edge bevelling, grinding of curved areas, weld bead deburring, smoothing and finishing, they ensure fast stock removal, reduced processing time and extended tool life even under demanding conditions.

Manufactured with next‑generation abrasive grains, these discs guarantee consistent, high‑quality results on non‑ferrous metals, composites, steel and stainless steel. Their optimised formulation provides stable performance, reduced heat generation and excellent wear resistance, ensuring high productivity and uniform finishes across complex surfaces.

Available abrasive types include aluminium oxide, silicon carbide, zirconium, advanced zirconium, ceramic and next‑generation ceramic. Diameters: 115, 125, 150, 180 and 230 mm. Grits from 24 to 320 cover aggressive grinding through fine finishing, allowing users to select the ideal combination for each application.

VSM Actirox represents a new generation of abrasives with extremely high stock removal capacity. Its geometrically shaped ceramic grains deliver an aggressive, fast cut and outstanding productivity. Ideal for deburring and chamfering alloy steels, stainless steels and carbon steels. When combined with the VSM TURBO PAD 3 backing pad, productivity increases significantly.
