      Awafast industrial fixings, trusted subcomponents

Inserts, bolts, insertable and rivetable nuts, threads, turrets ... These small elements may seem simple but they are essential in any type of application that uses sheet metal in some way. Present in sectors such as metal processing, machinery, railway, aeronautics, land transport, medical equipment, Self-Service and Vending ... these subcomponents are the perfect complement to our Southco, Sugatsune, KIPP and Accuride products and allow our customers to unify suppliers, thus optimizing the use of their resources and reducing logistics costs. 3. Backwall systems

      Backwall systems

Composed of bellows and faceplate. Backwall systems protect sensitive machine parts from chips and coolants during the production process. The backwall system is manufactured with bellows and delivered ready for installation on the machine. Installation times are significantly reduced, since the machine manufacturer no longer needs to assemble the individual bellows, because he assembles a complete system. To protect the shafts, bellows with stainless steel sheets, the so-called "Samurai" bellows, are used. All backwall systems and their components are custom-designed for each machine and can reach travel speeds of up to 120 m/min.

    4. BALINIT ALCRONA EVO

      BALINIT ALCRONA EVO

Today’s metal processing operations place even greater mechanical and thermal demands on many of your tools. BALINIT® ALCRONA EVO, a true evolution of the universal coating introduced in 2004, has raised the bar again and delivers outstanding results in gear cutting, milling or punching and forming. BALINIT® ALCRONA EVO gives you even more productivity than its predecessor coating, with enhanced coating properties that extend the service life of your tools by more than 30%*. Improve the performance in many metalworking applications and benefit from the many advantages of BALINIT® ALCRONA EVO: Higher wear resistance through optimized coating structure and increased hardness Improved performance as a result of higher coating toughness Due to the reduced compressive stress, the coating adheres even better to the tool Reduced crater wear on HSS cutting tools thanks to lower thermal conductivity Increased number of regrinding cycles per tool Lower tool costs and contributing to sustainability through reconditioning BALINIT® ALCRONA EVO replaces BALINIT® ALCRONA PRO and offers even better properties for reliable metal processing. * compared to BALINIT® ALCRONA PRO

    5. BALINIT DYLYN

      BALINIT DYLYN

Outstanding corrosion protection and anti-adhesion properties, have made BALINIT® DYLYN a well-established coating. Its wear protection and friction properties are especially important for mechanical engineering, plastics processing and the semiconductor industry. During the process of Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapour Deposition (PACVD), chemical reaction is caused by plasma excitation and ionization. Optimum quality and performance is ensured by coating in a clean environment under vacuum conditions, and by correct handling of parts and components, a critical task, in which we are highly experienced. BALINIT® DYLYN is also used for cavities and moulding applications in the medical industry and packaging industries (especially for screw cap and PET bottle manufacturing), as well as for all of the moving and sliding parts of injection moulding tools.

    6. BALINIT FORMERA

      BALINIT FORMERA

BALINIT FORMERA Withstands even tough AHSS forming applications To provide increased passenger safety, and simultaneously comply with emissions legislation, future vehicles must be stronger and yet lighter. Each new vehicle model therefore contains a higher proportion of modern, high strength steel than its predecessors. To ensure high productivity when forming these demanding steels, especially resilient coating solutions are required – such as BALINIT® FORMERA. Up to 680% more efficient than comparable coatings Great abrasive wear protection Excellent coating adhesion
