Bending CNC
CNC-controlled bending ensures highly precise, repeatable and flexible results, even for complex shapes. At our facility, we use advanced equipment like the Amada HRB 1003 ATC and Bendmak CY4R-HHS roll bender to process stainless steel, aluminium, copper and other metals of various thicknesses. With CAD/CAM software, we simulate each part in 3D prior to production to ensure feasibility and accuracy from the first unit. An ideal solution for both short series and demanding production runs.

Bespoke Carbon Fiber Tubes
C-Tech produces a range of parallel and tapered tubing manufactured from pre-preg carbon fibre, glass fibre or carbon and glass mix. Carbon composites offer common benefits of strength, lightness, stiffness, resilience and chemical and corrosion resistance, making them ideal for many performance based applications. Beveling machine, automatic A330
The A330 automatic edge milling machine is used for precise processing of the top or bottom edges of small to large workpieces. The adjustable angle range is between 0° and +/- 60°, due to its 180° turning device. Thanks to its robust design, the machine is suitable for a wide range of materials and achieves surface finishes of Ra 3.2 to 6.3. The infinitely variable speed- and feed control also maximise tool life.

In this way, the BFM® modular compensator, consisting of two sleeves and a connector, can be optimally combined with the proven JACOB tension ring system. The connector is made of particularly durable polyurethane and can be installed without tools. In general, the BFM® system can be integrated into a modular piping system without the need for welding work. A particularly small manual bit holder with an extremely short socket for work in hard-to-reach areas. The ratchet integrated into the handle features fine teeth and enables very fast work. Changing the direction of rotation is intuitive: turning the ring switch to the right increases the torque, and turning the ring switch to the left increases the torque. For precision work, the ratchet mechanism can be deactivated via the 0 position. It includes six stainless steel bits, six of which are located in a chamber integrated into the handle and one is located in the bit holder. It features the Take it easy tool finder: color-coded markings and size stamps for easy tool finding. The strong permanent magnet in the bit holder ensures secure bit retention. The two-component Kraftform handle, with its useful combination of hard and soft zones, allows for a firm grip and extremely precise work.
