      Drive rivet

Bralo Drive Rivet is an extremely effective method of joining sheets and profiles to soft and fibrous surfaces like walls or roofs. This type of blind rivet is widely used in the construction sector to fix sheets, mouldings, angles, coatings or insulation. This fixing element does not need through drills. The rivet mandrel (stainless steel) is forcefully introduced with a punch into the rivet body (aluminium), using for instance a hammer, opening the rivet body in 3 different blades fixing it inside the walls of the material to be fixed. This Drive Rivet does not require the use of a riveting tool and provides a great resistant fastening in applications where only one side is accessible.

    4. Dryers

      Dryers

Almost all processing methods in vibratory grinding are wet processes. In order to be fed into the next production process, work pieces usually must be dried after mass finishing. We offer our customers sophisticated solutions that allow the drying process to follow the vibratory grinding process smoothly and automatically. Among the requirements placed on the systems are that they can be directly connected to the mass finishing system in terms of control technology and that they can be operated in an energy-efficient manner while maintaining high drying performance. We offer four different types of dryers. These process the finished parts continuously or in batches using a drying media depending on the type of system. They are also tailored to the specific requirements of the various industries. In accordance with our one-stop philosophy, the appropriate drying media is also part of our comprehensive portfolio.

    6. Duplex Stainless Steel

      Duplex Stainless Steel

Duplex is a family of stainless steel grades that contain a mix of austenitic (γ) and ferritic (α) phases. While the ferritic phase provides the strengthening, the austenitic lattice enables ductility and toughness. It’s this two-phase structure that gives duplex stainless steels an elevated yield strength. In fact, duplex stainless steels are nearly twice as strong as austenitic grades. This mixed structure also means duplex have good resistance to both stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion, all while maintaining a sufficient level of ductility. Furthermore, duplex’s low nickel content and high strength enable the use of thinner sections, bringing significant cost benefits to the end user.
