At the core of the system is a patented water-based separation technology that safely captures dust particles and hot sparks in water, significantly reducing the risk associated with combustible dusts. Following the initial separation stage, the pre-cleaned airflow passes through a customizable multi-stage filtration system. Depending on process requirements, the unit can be equipped with filters for dust class M or with highly efficient HEPA H14 filters that achieve a filtration efficiency of more than 99.995% for hazardous fine particles. The system is also suitable for the effective removal of welding fumes.
