DIN 444 Eye bolts
The DIN 444 eyebolts are primarily used as fixture and machine elements to make connections and closures when assembling the equipment. Our eyebolts normally come fully threaded so that you can use them in a larger area. We also have stainless steel eyebolts available by request for other configurations.

DIN 7500 – the thread-forming screw
Thread-forming screws according DIN 7500 can be driven into malleable materials without the need for tapping the mating thread. Whether a certain type of thread-forming screw is suitable for a given malleable material (steel, aluminium or non-ferrous metal) should be tested and evaluated through application testing. Bossard engineers carry out application testing to assess thread froming screws, sizes M2.5 to M8, for your specific applications. Findings and recommendations are finally documented in a test report.

Discover Lubo at Al Metal 🔩
What is Lubo Lubrication? Lubo Lubrication is an intelligent, dry lubricant applied to the threads of stainless steel and carbon steel fasteners. It is the ideal alternative to conventional assembly paste, as the lubricant is already applied to the thread. Simply assemble the fastener—cleanly, quickly and efficiently. It also performs exceptionally well in high-speed automated assembly. Even damaged threads are no obstacle. By preventing galling and thread seizure, Lubo can reduce assembly time by up to 80%, while significantly lowering maintenance costs and increasing productivity. Without proper lubrication, stainless steel fasteners are prone to seizing, often leading to costly repairs such as drilling, grinding or re-tapping. With Lubo, these problems become a thing of the past. Lubo is a lubricant—not a coating. Key benefits: ○ Reduces assembly time by up to 80%. ○ Made using only natural raw materials. ○ Durable and environmentally friendly. ○ FDA and EC 1935/2004 compliant for the European food industry. ○ Clean and easy to use. ○ Eliminates the need for assembly paste and other lubricants. ○ Low and consistent coefficient of friction. ○ Easily removable even after 1,500 hours of DIN 50 021 NSS salt spray testing. ○ Suitable for automated assembly. ○ Operating temperature from -120°C to approximately +1400°C. ○ ELV (2000/53/EC) compliant – free from chromium, cadmium, nickel, lead, mercury and molybdenum. ○ Preserves the original stainless steel appearance. ○ Compatible with a wide range of locking systems.
