The patented EPM magnetic clamping plates *** Patent-No. EP1874504 *** have a solid steel surface and are therefore significantly more resistant than conventional plates with epoxy resin against hot chips, coolant and other processing influences. The workpiece is clamped on the EPM magnetic clamping plate MAGNASLOT within seconds through an impulse current. This magnetic clamping plate allows for 5-side processing of your workpieces in only one clamp. This reduces equipping times to a minimum and increases productivity. Through the use of pole extensions, which adjust to the workpiece surface, any unevenness on the workpiece can be compensated for and a deformation of the workpiece can be prevented. The magnet field from the MAGNASLOT magnetic clamping plate guarantees low-vibration clamping of your workpieces. ELECTROPOLISHED
Electropolishing is an electrochemical treatment based on anodic dissolution that removes a thin layer of stainless steel in a controlled manner. It produces bright, uniform and passivated surfaces, reducing roughness, smoothing edges and eliminating micro-defects. It ensures parts that are easy to clean, decontaminated and provide maximum asepsis.

Electrostatic painting (powder coating)
Electrostatic painting, also known as powder coating, allows for shorter application and curing times, increasing efficiency and reducing costs, with a uniform, high-quality finish preferred by the leading equipment manufacturers we work with. Parts undergo pre-treatment, including degreasing, cleaning, and phosphate application, to protect against corrosion and improve paint adhesion. Then, epoxy powder paint is applied using electrostatic charging by a specialized operator, ensuring full coverage of every contour of the part. The parts are then cured in an oven at temperatures between 160 °C and 200 °C, depending on the type of paint and material, creating the chosen final finish: smooth, textured, matte, glossy, etc. Each part is carefully inspected and packed, then sent for assembly or directly to the customer.
