    2. HEMA's apron

      HEMA's apron

Aprons: Cost-effective protection If your machine is exposed to a low chip load from the front, a link apron is sufficient as a protective measure completely. HEMA manufactures these devices in different variants. HEMA's protective aprons are ideal for use in confined spaces. An extensive range of profiles and materials allows to choose the shutter with specific characteristics for each application, to cover guides, pits and for all types of enclosures. They are supplied with the measurements required by the customer, either with winding motor, with or without casing, or directly loose. The main advantages are: - Good quality/price ratio - Easy assembly - Minimal maintenance - Universal application

    3. HESSAPP Vertical Lathes with 1 and 2 spindles with transfer technology

HESSAPP Vertical Lathes with 1 and 2 spindles with transfer technology

DVH Series Pick-up single-spindle vertical turning machines In modern production, DVH vertical lathes from Hessapp DVH guarantee maximum output and quality. More than 20 years of experience in the development and production of pick-up vertical lathes, combined with a constant improvement process, help you to exceed today's process requirements. The consistent focus on technological solutions has created an enormous experience base, from which you too can benefit. DVT series Pick-up vertical lathes with transfer technology Unique machine concept The DVT concept created by HESSAPP for trouble-free complete machining in combination with maximum precision of subsequent machining. The advantages are particularly significant, with high precision between two clamping positions, as the workpiece is transferred clamped to the next clamping plate without losing its position. Increasingly compressed production surfaces require a compact machine design. This concept shows its advantages when comparing the space requirements of a DVT machine with two individual interlinked machines and turning station. The ergonomic design of the machine, with large work area doors and windows, ensures better handling when setting up and preparing the machine. The elimination of the swiveling station reduces the set-up time for automation. VDM series Vertical lathes With the VDM series Hessapp develops system solutions (including clamping media, tool and control) to meet your individual requirements for complicated workpieces, railway wheels, gears, flanges, etc.

    4. Hexagonal insert nut

      Hexagonal insert nut

The Bralo Hexagonal Insert Nut is a mechanical fastening element providing a grooving feature in those applications with a single-side access that require a very high resistance to rotation. It is ideal for applications with thin metal sheets, tubes, extrusion or plastics. It offers an exceptional mechanical resistance. Compared to the round body insert nuts, the hexagonal shape of the section and the inner hole substantially increases the resistance to rotation and extraction in thin sheets. The result is a homogeneous riveting that ensures a solid and high quality joint.

    5. HexPly® M51 rapid-curing prepreg

      HexPly® M51 rapid-curing prepreg

HexPly® M51 rapid-curing prepreg is designed for the high-rate production of structural composite parts using hot-in/hot-out press curing. HexPly® M51 has a 40-minute cure cycle at 180°C, reducing production times and costs versus standard autoclave-cured prepregs. Using HexPly M51 also reduces the need for multiple sets of tooling and labor compared with conventional prepreg systems. The prepreg is fully compatible with automated tape laying (ATL), automated fiber placement (AFP) and pick-and-place processes. It is also REACH-compliant, demonstrating a mechanical performance equivalent to other state-of-the-art 180°C cure prepregs.
