Aeronautical Alloy Tubes

We market tubes, profiles and extruded sections in high-performance aeronautical alloys.

We market extruded profiles, bars, and sections in high-performance aerospace alloys, ensuring maximum structural integrity, lightness, and strict compliance with aerospace industry regulations. We manage the complete supply of extruded engineering aluminum and titanium, providing complex geometries with tight dimensional tolerances ready for machining and final assembly. Our range of aerospace alloys and materials includes: Aluminum 2024 (AMS 4152 / T3, T3511): Distinguished by its high fatigue strength and fracture toughness. It is the reference alloy for lower wing skins, fuselage structures, fittings, and components subjected to continuous stress cycles. Aluminum 7075 (AMS 4154 / T6, T6511): Offers one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios on the market along with high surface hardness. It is primarily used in wing spars, main load beams, seat tracks, and high structural responsibility components. Aluminum 7050 (AMS 4340 / T74511): Specifically designed to offer superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and maintain toughness in thick sections. It is the ideal material for frames, fuselage frames, and critical beams. Aluminum 6061 (AMS 4150 / T6, T6511): Characterized by its excellent formability, weldability, and high corrosion resistance. It is widely used in secondary structures, conduits, auxiliary supports, and frames. Titanium Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5 / AMS 4928): A material with extremely high mechanical and thermal strength and excellent corrosion resistance. It is intended for high-load structural components, engine mounts, and fasteners in high-temperature areas.
