About us
At Romero Dyscar, we have been helping engineering firms, OEMs, maintenance departments, and technical purchasing teams solve their industrial sealing, fastening, and joining applications for over 30 years.
Our specialty is transforming a technical requirement, drawing, or sample into a manufacturable industrial solution: from a standard gasket to a fully customized component. We specialize in custom industrial gaskets, rubber gaskets, extruded rubber profiles, molded parts, O-rings, retainers, scrapers, and seals for hydraulic cylinders, working with technical elastomers such as NBR, EPDM, FKM/Viton®, HNBR, FFKM, and silicone, as well as PTFE and thermoplastic materials. We develop solutions tailored to the actual conditions of temperature, pressure, movement, chemical compatibility, and working environment. Our capabilities also include flat gaskets and large-dimension gaskets, metal-rubber solutions, bonded seals, RTJ gaskets, spiral wound gaskets, metal-plastic gaskets, technical washers, and components in copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and other materials for demanding industrial applications. We work with both standard components and custom-made parts, prototypes, special series, and recurring production needs.
Our goal is not simply to supply a part: we analyze the application to select the appropriate material, geometry, and manufacturing process. Furthermore, our chemical division completes the assembly and maintenance solution with technical adhesives, sealants, silicones, MS polymers, anaerobic compounds, and industrial lubricants. We serve projects for automotive, aerospace, industrial machinery, and numerous advanced manufacturing sectors, including applications where chemical, thermal, or mechanical resistance demands high-performance materials.
