At Dyscar, we manufacture and fill a complete range of high-performance anaerobic adhesives and sealants for braking, retaining, and sealing metal components. Our formulations cure rapidly in the absence of air and in contact with metal surfaces, providing a chemical bond resistant to vibration, impact, high pressure, and aggressive industrial fluids. Our range of industrial anaerobic solutions includes: Threadlockers: These prevent the unintentional loosening of screws, bolts, and studs subjected to vibration cycles or thermal shock. We formulate low, medium (removable with hand tools), and high (permanent, high-responsibility) strength grades. Coaxial and Bearing Retainers: Designed for securing cylindrical assemblies such as bearings, bushings, keys, pulleys, and sleeves. They fill mechanical micro-clearances and increase torque transmission capacity without generating structural stress. Thread and pipe sealants (Liquid Teflon): These replace Teflon tape and hemp in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. They guarantee an instant, airtight seal against gases, water, oils, and fuels, withstanding high working pressures. Flange and flat surface sealants: These replace conventional pre-cut gaskets on sumps, pumps, gearboxes, and transmissions. They create continuous metal-to-metal contact that prevents leaks and withstands flange flexing without cracking.
