CRIPPA R42E TUBE BENDING MACHINE  - Revolution Series

The CRIPPA R42E is a state-of-the-art, fully electric tube-bending machine from the Revolution Series, engineered to simplify complex manufacturing processes.

Featuring a fully automatic cycle with a double-bending direction (both right and left), it is capable of processing tubes in a single, continuous cycle. This advanced capability eliminates the need for manual re-machining operations, even on complex geometries.

Equipped with the new Siemens SINUMERIK ONE control system, the machine achieves unprecedented processing speeds with a PLC cycle time up to 10 times faster than its predecessor. Controlled via an intuitive touch screen panel, the R42E supports remote monitoring and can easily create variable radius bends using the dedicated UII (User ISO Interface) software.

Thanks to its lubrication-free, direct-drive bending head and extremely rigid frame, the R42E minimizes maintenance while guaranteeing maximum precision, excellent repeatability, and a drastically reduced setup time with minimal material scrap.
