LISSMAC SBM-XS G1E1 | Grinding machine for deburring in both sides
Highly effective deburring on both sides and even edge rounding for punched, laser and fine plasma cut workpieces in just one operation. The SBM-XS G1E1 grinding machine is used for effective sheet metal processing. It was designed to process small parts as well as for processing on both sides and for a directionless finish in the field of metal processing. Save time through machining on both sides simultaneously. The deburring machine is suitable for deburring laser parts and rounding edges. Inner and outer contours can be machined in just one operation. When deburring, a cross-sanding belt works on the surface of the material. Burrs and surface splashes that can occur during punching or laser cutting are completely removed. All workpiece edges, on the outside and inside contours, are rounded evenly by two rotating, flexible grinding flap rollers. Secondary burrs are also effectively removed, while galvanized surfaces or protective films are not destroyed.

LISSMAC SBM-L G1S2 EVO | Deburring machine
LISSMAC SBM-L G1S2 EVO Double-Sided Deburring Machine. Grinding and rounding of edges on both sides in a single pass. Processes steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous materials uniformly with controlled production.

LISSMAC - SMD 3 | Deburring and rounding machine R2
The universal grinding and deburring machine for thick sheet metal impresses with quality results in slag removal and edge rounding. The LISSMAC – SMD3 series grinding and deburring machines score with flexibility and economy when deburring small parts. The systems of the SMD 3 P-Edition were specially designed for processing thick sheet metal and, thanks to maximum tool contact with the components, it delivers impressive performance when rounding edges up to 2 mm radius. The upstream mechanical removal of slag from plasma and oxy-fuel cut parts is effective and reduces tool costs. Thanks to our cool grinding, there is also no heat input into the workpieces. The systems are used for deburring, quality edge rounding, slag removal, oxide layer removal and surface finishing. Plasma and flame cut parts in stainless steel, steel and aluminum as well as in non-ferrous metals can be processed. Thanks to the space-saving arrangement of the units, the grinding and deburring machines of the SMD 3 series require 30% less installation space. In addition, they can be easily integrated into automation solutions or integrated into production lines.

LISSMAC - SMW | Wet grinding process
The high-end solution can be used for wet grinding of any sheet metal parts, laser parts and stamped parts as well as for a high-end surface finish. The LISSMAC SMW 5 series grinding machines ensure optimal surface grinding and a unique high-end finish using the wet grinding process. The grinding and deburring machines are not only used for sheet metal deburring and edge rounding. Oily components can also be processed and a decorative finish can be created. The high-end solution can be used for wet grinding of all sheet metal parts, laser parts and stamped parts. Stainless steel, steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals can all be processed. The SMW 5, built on the modular principle, can be configured individually and tailored to the customer‘s requirements. The machines are characterized by low tool costs, easy handling and an economical price-performance ratio. A planetary head unit ensures quality edge rounding and even wear. The wet process guarantees the safe processing of potentially explosive materials. In addition, there is no heat input into the workpieces. And last but not least, the SMW 5 series, which was developed for processing sheet metal up to 120 mm thick, impresses with its short set-up times for the material mix.

CRIPPA R42E TUBE BENDING MACHINE - Revolution Series
The CRIPPA R42E is a state-of-the-art, fully electric tube-bending machine from the Revolution Series, engineered to simplify complex manufacturing processes. Featuring a fully automatic cycle with a double-bending direction (both right and left), it is capable of processing tubes in a single, continuous cycle. SMALL2E TUBE BENDING MACHINE - Small Series The SMALL2E is an advanced, Fully Electric, multistack, and multiradius tube-bending machine equipped with seven CNC axes. It is specifically engineered to process aluminum and other high-quality thin-walled tubes with a maximum diameter and thickness of up to 20 mm and 1.8 mm, respectively, supporting both right and left bending directions. Configured with an innovative electrical arm, the C-axis' main transmission is integrated directly beneath the bending plane. Its mechanics is based on the use of mixed guiding systems equipped with rollers and recirculating balls. It is TECOI’s multi-purpose machine with plasma, bevelling, oxy-fuel, drilling, marking and pipe cutting as options. To ensure the positioning accuracy of the entire machine, the motor measurement system is absolute, so the machine never needs to return to its original position for referencing.

TECOI - STOCKTEC | Plate automatic warehouse
Automated plate and processing storage system designed and manufactured by TECOI. PRODUCTIVITY: STOCKTEC reduces operating times,immediately increasing productivity and providing more storage space over a smaller area. SPEED: Thanks to its system of independent trays, the material can be stored and disposed immediately according to the production needs. Memoli - ETM | Tube bending machine
Memoli ETM Tube Bender. Extremely easy to use thanks to its integrated software, which allows for total precision and efficiency in the bending system. The screen displays the desired bending angle and constantly informs the operator about the position and movements of the bending axis. It allows for both right and left bending of tubes with a diameter between 8 mm and 168 mm and can perform bends of more than 180° with a premium finish for a minimum bending radius of 3 times the tube diameter. All ETM rotary benders are manufactured from a single block of steel, and their tooling is machined from solid steel.
Memoli - ETM with Mandrel | Electrical Tube Bending Machines
The ETM 60 tube bending machine with mandrel is perfect for the machining of tubes of small wall thickness without deformation of the bent tube: a compact, high performance and cheap solution. Fixed mandrel ETM 60 tube bender allows the machining of tubes up to 60 mm diameter and are able to bend with high-level finish quality.
KISTLER | Welding positionres
Used for welding, grinding, and positioning purposes. Apart from the turning drive of the faceplate, this range of positioners provides hydraulic tilting of the faceplate and hydraulic lifting. Infinitely variable workpiece positioning ensures ideal ergonomic and economic working positions.

KISTLER | Turning Rolls
Turning rolls are used for turning of work pieces, mainly for welding. A set of turning rolls consists of one drive and one idler unit, the load capacity is calculated for this set-up. Roller distance to accommodate various diameters is set manually. Standard rollers are equipped with rubber, Polyurethane or Vulkollan wheels, optional wheel surface steel is available on request. Standard turning speed is adjustable from 0 mm/min up to 1500 mm/min. All models can be equipped with manual or motorized bogies (option). Machines can be equipped with various controls e.g. foot switch, hand pendant or control within welders shield.

KISTLER - U series | Pipe rotator
Pipe Rotators of the U-Range U500/ U500H The electric control as well as the tilting drive are located in the frame. Tilting is carried out manually (U 150 and U 500) or motorized (U 1000, optional U 500) the tilting angle is approx. 135°. The tilting section consists of drive and roller box, holding column, clamping arm and pressure roller. This machine is also available as a non tilting version (designation: U 150H, U 500H, U 1000H). In general, drives and electric controls of the U-series are protected in the frame or in a control panel.
