S2086E+ END FORMING MACHINE – Quick series

The S2086E+ is CRIPPA end-forming machine designed to integrate different rotating heads, including CNC for cutting, threading, end milling, and roll forming. It is notably versatile and fully electric with 3 CNC axes controlled by Siemens SINUMERIK ONE to guarantee a high production rate while maintaining high quality and precision.

The electric clamp uses an innovative connecting-rod-crank system for excellent positioning accuracy and high-speed opening and closing. The clamp pre-closing system is activated by a simple maintained button that controls the pneumatic actuator. The ergonomics facilitates easy equipment assembly/disassembly, easy integration into work cells, and easy maintenance. The utility panel containing the pneumatic system and the lubrication unit is placed on the back of the machine for easy access without disassembly.

The machine is equipped with a control panel on an adjustable double-jointed support arm that is mountable on either side of the frame.
