SMALL2E TUBE BENDING MACHINE - Small Series

The SMALL2E is an advanced, Fully Electric, multistack, and multiradius tube-bending machine equipped with seven CNC axes. It is specifically engineered to process aluminum and other high-quality thin-walled tubes with a maximum diameter and thickness of up to 20 mm and 1.8 mm, respectively, supporting both right and left bending directions.

Configured with an innovative electrical arm, the C-axis' main transmission is integrated directly beneath the bending plane. Clamping precision is achieved via a high-efficiency CNC screw transmission with recirculating balls, while the pressure die is actuated by a dedicated CNC axis utilizing a robust rack and pinion system. The orthogonal translation of the head, paired with a pneumatic displacement system on fixed positions on both the clamp carriage and slide unit, enables a seamless, fully automated reconfiguration from right-to-left bending.

The machine maximizes geometric flexibility by executing both right and left-hand bending in a single, continuous cycle without manual intervention. This versatility is backed by exceptional durability, as high-precision recirculating ball bearing guides ensure structural rigidity and consistent accuracy during continuous heavy-duty cycles. Additionally, the system is optimized for speed, combining rapid manufacturing cycles with uncompromising repeatability to deliver a high-throughput solution for small-series production.
