Electrostatic painting (powder coating)

Electrostatic painting, also known as powder coating, allows for shorter application and curing times, increasing efficiency and reducing costs, with a uniform, high-quality finish preferred by the leading equipment manufacturers we work with.
Parts undergo pre-treatment, including degreasing, cleaning, and phosphate application, to protect against corrosion and improve paint adhesion.
Then, epoxy powder paint is applied using electrostatic charging by a specialized operator, ensuring full coverage of every contour of the part.
The parts are then cured in an oven at temperatures between 160 °C and 200 °C, depending on the type of paint and material, creating the chosen final finish: smooth, textured, matte, glossy, etc.
Each part is carefully inspected and packed, then sent for assembly or directly to the customer.
