KOTAIA is ZITU's platform for digitizing and streamlining industrial quality control using artificial intelligence. Starting with a technical drawing in PDF or image format, KOTAIA automatically identifies dimensions, tolerances, and technical symbols, generating a structured database on which the quality manager can define which characteristics should be verified and how often. On the shop floor, operators easily record measurements using numerical values ​​or OK/No OK checks. KOTAIA automatically applies the defined tolerances, detects out-of-range values, and maintains traceability of the verifications performed. With all this information, the platform generates quality reports and provides an up-to-date view of the status of manufacturing orders, alerts, and key quality indicators. KOTAIA reduces the manual work associated with preparing and executing controls, prevents errors and oversights, and allows for the standardization of the quality process from the drawing to the final report.
