From blueprint to machining quote in less than 2 minutes thanks to artificial intelligence

TRAZOR is ZITU's platform for automating the creation of machined part quotes using artificial intelligence. Starting with a technical drawing, TRAZOR automatically identifies the part's geometry, materials, necessary operations, machining times, tools, and fixtures. With this information, it generates a complete and detailed quote in under two minutes. In addition to calculating the manufacturing cost, TRAZOR defines the machining path for the part. This way, if the quote is accepted, part of the work needed to plan its production is already done. TRAZOR reduces the time spent on quoting, standardizes calculation criteria, and decreases errors associated with manual estimates. The result is faster, more consistent quotes based on the actual manufacturing conditions of each workshop.
