Navantia offers its 3D printing resources against Covid-19

Navantia has placed its resources and experience in additive manufacturing (3D printing) at the disposal of the public administrations to join forces and support the needs arising in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19). Through Navantia’s Centre of Excellence for Additive Manufacturing (CEFAN) located at the Puerto Real Shipyard, and together with researchers from the University of Cadiz (INNANOMAT Group) and other collaborators, Navantia is contacting the health authorities and state security forces to achieve an effective coordination that allows the aid to reach where it is needed. The public company thus joins the many initiatives that are emerging at a business level in the field of additive manufacturing, in order to show its solidarity and social commitment.
