Norelem guides have a new modular range for precision positioning.

The new components in the range include precision roller bearing guides and dovetail carriage guides with micrometer adjustment screws and are designed with versatility in mind. The guides can be used horizontally and vertically and are ideal for the manufacture of machines, mechanical devices, and metrological devices. They can also be used in a range of industries such as optics, food, automotive, pharmaceutical, and industrial maintenance.

The key to the new range is an integrated modular grid of fixing holes, which eliminates the need to remake guides. This makes it easy for users to connect precisely and quickly with endless mounting possibilities. The range of guides is available in different materials and shapes, ranging from gray cast iron for higher load capacities to black anodized aluminum with micrometer spindles when reduced weight and greater precision are required. The guides also have rubber end stops to protect the carriage guide screws when used as a positioning tool.

Furthermore, the carriage guides require very little maintenance, allowing them to slide with zero interference. Depending on the environment, the initial lubrication can last for several years.
