The Aragonese mailbox and safe manufacturer is offering its social media followers a series of training sessions led by its team of experts, who will provide live advice to anyone who wants to participate.

Many major brands are leveraging their resources to join in charitable initiatives during these turbulent times. BTV is one of them. Aware of the current situation and the economic damage to come, it is launching FERRETHÉROES, an initiative to support hardware stores and DIY centers, which, like the vast majority of small businesses, are suffering the most from the consequences of the COVID-19 crisis.
BTV offers them valuable tools they can use to improve their businesses when all this is over and the health crisis gives way to an economic crisis.
The experts from its sales, finance, marketing, and communications teams will make their experience available to anyone who requests it in short training sessions delivered through social media. Participants will be able to interact with them from their homes, asking them any questions they may have. The initiative will be inaugurated by Olga Escudero, the hardware store’s sales manager, next Tuesday, April 7th, at 11:00 a.m., live on Instagram (@BTVsafes) and Facebook (@BTV buzones y cajas fuertes). Five training sessions are currently scheduled for April, covering topics ranging from “finance for small businesses” to “social media for hardware store owners” and “how to improve your point of sale in 5 steps,” as well as specific training sessions for BTV products.

“These are difficult times for everyone, and the key to overcoming this is to support one another. Solidarity is the only answer,” says Eva Villaverde, BTV manager. “In more than 50 years of experience, we’ve had time to endure several crises, and we’ve taken something positive from each one, which we’ve used to grow in the aftermath. With this initiative, we aim to contribute our part to the hardware sector, which we support and which has supported us so much throughout our history. We’re concerned about everything that’s happening and the situation our customers will have to face, but we’re confident that together we’ll get through this.”

All the training sessions scheduled so far for the month of April are posted on the brand’s website: www.btv.es. You must have an Instagram and Facebook account to view the webinars.

BTV has also launched HOTELHÉROES in parallel, another initiative with the same format but aimed at the hotel sector, another market where the brand operates.
