Synerplus offers customized reports so industries can identify their current technological level for free. To receive them, all you have to do is answer 10 questions in a questionnaire, fill out a form, and confirm your information.
Once the data is confirmed, the company will analyze the responses and send a customized report, individually addressing each question. The report can take up to 72 hours, although, as the Synerplus team reports, “most reports take less than 24 hours to be sent.”
This initiative by the Selenne ERP developer began with the push for digitalization and the constant need to adapt to all changes, especially after the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Eduardo Sánchez, CEO of Synerplus, comments that the creation of this test arose because “one of the main problems when digitizing an industry is not knowing its current technological level, and that makes it very difficult to know where to start digitizing the company.”
Many companies are currently investing in digitalization and moving toward Industry 4.0, but to do so correctly, it’s important to understand the current state of the industry. With the creation of this report, Synerplus believes that industrial engineering companies will receive guidance on the possibilities available for managing their processes, depending on how they currently operate. This ranges from creating specialized offers to managing purchases, including preparing cost estimates and generating work orders for plant planning.
The test questions used to generate the document are taken from the diagnostic meeting held by the Synerplus team before implementing Selenne ERP. However, as Synerplus’ CEO comments: “We’ve reduced everything to 10 basic questions so that people can answer them in less than 10 minutes.”
The test and subsequent report are specialized in industries and industrial engineering, such as: manufacturers of machinery, equipment, robotics, metal structures, parts, machining, boilermaking, and pressure equipment, companies that carry out projects, installations, and assembly, metal cutting and processing companies, etc.
