The importance of quality control in electric motors: optimizing their performance with electron microscopy
Electric motors are key elements in a growing number of industries and applications. Industries such as automotive, healthcare, mechanical engineering, hydrocarbon, among many others, depend heavily on the proper functioning of these motors to ensure a level and pace of production capable of meeting the growing needs of a global market.
Thus, major companies in all sectors have been investing for decades in upgrading their equipment, always in search of a solution that will enable them to be faster, more efficient and, ultimately, more competitive. However, although achieving greater efficiency in production processes is a task in which resources are rarely spared, on many occasions the focus is placed on major actions such as changing and replacing equipment, while neglecting some that can bring a very similar set of benefits. We are talking about quality controls.
