Advanced Manufacturing Madrid holds the second edition of the Composites Engineering Expert Committee.

  • Leading representatives of the sector discussed how to improve the show’s offer, adapting it to the latest trends.

Madrid, 5 March 2025. Composites Engineering, the space specialising in composite materials within Advanced Manufacturing Madrid, has held the second meeting of its expert committee with the aim of promoting collaboration, innovation and responding to the main challenges of the sector. During the meeting, the members of the committee addressed key issues such as the visibility of the sector in the industry and the importance of disseminating the advantages of composites. The committee, chaired by Óscar Barranco, CEO of Easyfairs Iberia, was composed on this occasion by:

Through this meeting, Composites Engineering reaffirms its commitment to offer a unique space for innovation, networking and the evolution of the composite materials sector. In the words of Sergi R. Organised by Easyfairs, the next edition of Advanced Manufacturing, the national benchmark trade fair for the manufacturing industry, which includes Composites Engineering, will take place on 5 and 6 November 2025, in halls 8 and 10 of IFEMA Madrid. The event is expected to bring together more than 75 exhibitors and 4,500 visitors, which represents an increase of 70% compared to last year’s edition. For the third consecutive year, it will once again feature the Composites Ágora space, focused on the dissemination of sector content and networking among visitors. ‘The team is already working to make the 2025 edition the biggest to date.
