ADVANCED MANUFACTURING. – How do you think innovation in materials can be balanced with sustainability demands?
E.G. Well, in this case, the introduction of new composite materials allows us to save energy during the actual use of the train. In our case, which is the railway sector, this completely justifies the introduction of these new materials in our transport service.
A.M. – How can collaboration between companies accelerate the adoption of new materials in transport?
E.G. Well, cross-sector and cross-company collaboration allows us to address the sustainability challenges we face in different sectors in a more consistent and simpler way when working with third parties, both research centres and material suppliers.
