Purpose of the Awards
With the aim of providing recognition and granting the prestige deserved by companies within the Spanish industrial ecosystem that innovate daily, create products and solutions that help improve any phase of a company’s value chain—making them more efficient, more sustainable, and more connected—the Advanced Manufacturing Awards were created in 2022.
The objective of the Advanced Manufacturing Awards is to recognize the continued efforts of companies in the industrial sector that have stood out for developing innovative projects in any of the following areas: product design and development, production process technology, composites manufacturing, automated production and robotic integration, product testing and quality control, connected production chain, and sustainability and circular economy, during the past year.
Awards Organizer
Easyfairs Iberia, S.L. is the organizer of the Advanced Manufacturing Awards, with registered office at Calle Edgar Neville 27, 2º exterior, 28020, Madrid, Spain, and Tax ID No. B85454700, under the Advanced Manufacturing brand.
The evaluation and pre-selection process will be carried out by a Jury composed of Spanish experts from the national industrial sector (80%) and by popular vote (20%).
Who Can Participate
The Advanced Manufacturing Awards are open to companies, executives, technology parks, universities, and researchers who have launched to the market or implemented an innovative project in any phase of the production chain between 2025 and 2026.
Requirement: The product or project must be implemented at the time of the submission deadline.
Submission Process
Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the Advanced Manufacturing Awards website:

Applications must include the following documentation:
a) Application form according to the template available on the awards website for each category, completed electronically via the website.
b) Descriptive report in PDF format (Portable Document Format), with a maximum length of 20 A4 pages, including:

Executive summary of the report contents.

Company presentation and background.

Description and details of the project submitted for the Award.

Description and analysis, including specific data, of the results obtained and impacts derived from the project launched between 2025 and 2026.
c) Promotional video of the submitted project, with a maximum duration of 7 minutes. A link to the video must be included in the application form.
d) Images illustrating the submitted project (up to three images in JPEG, JPG, PNG or GIF format).
e) Additional documentation (if applicable) to support the most relevant actions for which the Award is sought, in PDF format with a maximum length of 10 pages.
If the documentation is incomplete or contains rectifiable errors, the applicant will be required to correct them within ten working days. Failure to do so will result in the application being deemed withdrawn.
Submission Deadline
Applications may be submitted from April 8 to June 30. The organization reserves the right to modify the dates and/or extend the submission period at its own discretion.
Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered null and void.
Evaluation of Applications
The Jury of the Advanced Manufacturing Awards will evaluate each application according to the criteria described in each award category.
Jury
Applications will be evaluated by a Jury composed of experts from the industrial sector (80% of the final score) and by popular vote (20% of the final score).
The Jury will evaluate each project through the Advanced Manufacturing Awards platform and assign a score on a scale from 1 to 100.
Popular voting will be limited to one vote per registered email per category on the awards website.
The composition of the Jury will be announced on the awards website.
The Jury may declare any Award void if none of the applications meet sufficient merit or if fewer than two candidates apply.
Resolution, Notification and Appeals
The shortlisted nominees will be announced on September 1, 2026, through publication on the awards website.
The final winners will be revealed during the Advanced Manufacturing Awards ceremony, which will take place on November 4, 2026 at 4:30 PM at IFEMA, within the framework of Advanced Manufacturing Madrid.

g) If exhibiting at Advanced Manufacturing Madrid, inclusion in the “Innovation Tour” guided tours.
h) 5 VIP tickets for the project team to attend the awards ceremony.

Intellectual Property
Participants guarantee that they are the owners or authors of the submitted proposal or holders of the relevant intellectual property rights, exempting Easyfairs from any liability.
Participants declare that their proposals are entirely original and do not infringe upon third-party works.
If a proposal becomes a finalist, the participant authorizes the organization to disseminate, reproduce, distribute, and publish the proposal free of charge, without territorial limitation, in any format for promotional purposes related to the Awards.
Participants agree not to receive any remuneration for such publications.
Easyfairs declines all responsibility regarding the exploitation or dissemination of proposals submitted by participants.
Data Protection
Easyfairs takes the protection of privacy and personal data very seriously. Due to the confidential nature of the information provided, the organizers, coordinator, and Jury members guarantee the confidentiality of participants and project content.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), participants consent to the inclusion of their personal data in a database owned by Easyfairs for the purpose of managing participation and communicating the prize if awarded.
Easyfairs implements appropriate security measures in compliance with GDPR and LOPDGDD. However, internet security measures are not infallible.
Participants may exercise their rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, Objection, Restriction, Portability, and not to be subject to automated decisions by emailing dpo@easyfairs.com or writing to Calle Edgar Neville 27, 2º exterior, 28020 Madrid, Spain, enclosing a copy of their ID.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These rules are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these rules shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Madrid.
