Battery Lifting Magnet SB950-SF - With visual safety indication, automatic contact-free switching, and precise magnetic force calculation, it ensures safe and flexible operation.
The SB950-SF is equipped with the highest safety technology. The display shows if the load can be moved. The electropermanent battery lifting magnet SB950-SF is the top product from ASSFALG in the 950kg load range for flat material. 400kg can be lifted for round material. The SB950-SF has an installed sensor. It measures the magnetic force, compares it with the workpiece weight and shows on the display if the workpiece can be transported. Parameters such as surface property, material thickness and material are considered here. They combine the advantages of permanent load lifting magnets with those from electro load lifting magnets. Through electrical impulses within seconds, the electropermanent battery lifting magnet SB950-SF from ASSFALG can be automatically or manually switched with the push of a button. Even though no electricity is present during the load transportation, the workpiece is clamped as securely as it would be with permanent load lifting magnets. Approximately 1,000 ON/OFF switch cycles are possible until the integrated batteries must be recharged through a simple power connection. The electropermanent battery lifting magnet SB950-SF can be used in single mode as well as on magnet traverses and is an interesting alternative for 3-shift operation. The automatic mode allows for contactless switching. A switch process is generated each time the magnets are added and the crane eyelet relieved and the magnet switches on or off. It is no longer necessary to bend or climb machine tables. Together with the optionally available positioning drawbar, workpieces can be picked up, guided and placed down accurately.

The Assfalg Battery Electro-Permanent Lifting Magnetic Beam EPMBL has a compact design. Due to the integrated rechargeable battery box, a power connection is no longer required. The EPM Battery Magnetic Lifting Beam is operated by remote control. The load lifting beam with a max. load of 1,500 kg is equipped with magnetic modules and can thus safely move sheet metal formats from a minimum length of 500 mm to a maximum length of 4,000 mm.

The electropermanent square pole magnetic clamping plate is the perfect solution for clamping magnetic workpieces. The patented EPM magnetic clamping plates *** Patent-No. EP1874504 *** have a solid steel surface and are therefore significantly more resistant than conventional plates with epoxy resin against hot chips, coolant and other processing influences. The workpiece is clamped on the EPM magnetic clamping plate MAGNASLOT within seconds through an impulse current. This magnetic clamping plate allows for 5-side processing of your workpieces in only one clamp. This reduces equipping times to a minimum and increases productivity. Through the use of pole extensions, which adjust to the workpiece surface, any unevenness on the workpiece can be compensated for and a deformation of the workpiece can be prevented. The magnet field from the MAGNASLOT magnetic clamping plate guarantees low-vibration clamping of your workpieces. This protects the milling spindle as well as your tools, increases process safety and extends the service life. Electropermanent magnets combine both the electrical and thePermanent Magnet technology. These are permanent magnets that can be switched on and off electrically. Electropermanent magnets excel by their holding force which they do not even lose in case of a power failure. The electropermanent technology of the magnetic clamping plate with square poles guarantees the highest safety, because only a power impulse is needed for clamping. The workpiece is held on the magnetic clamping plate with reverse-pole permanent magnets.

The Elift is a manually activated permanent load lifting magnet. It can be used universally, is durable and extremely affordable.
The unmistakable advantages of the load lifting magnets Elift from Assfalg are economy and fast handling. The hand-operated permanent load lifting magnet is the perfect and fully developed solution for moving all ferromagnetic materials in an efficient, safe and reliable way. Usage during lifting and transportation includes a variety of flat and round workpieces, from pre-processed materials to raw material. A wide range of models of the Elift lifting magnets are available with bearing loads between 100 kg and 5000 kg for different material thicknesses. The Elift has become an irreplaceable helper in many areas of application. ASSFALG offers an additional ring eyelet for the Elift 300 and Elift 500 allowing vertical transportation. Magnetic Load Lifting Beams TBK
The electropermanent load lifting magnet traverses TBK4 and TBK6 with automatic telescopic arm allow the lifting and transportation of sheets in different sizes from 3m to 16m. The patented solid steel modules are more heat-resistant than comparable modules made with a plastic casting mass only a 400V rated current must be provided to use these devices and they are then immediately ready for use. Through short electrical impulses within seconds, the magnet traverses from ASSFALG are automatically switched on or manually with the push of a button. No electricity flows during load transport and nevertheless, the workpiece is as securely clamped as with a permanent load lifting magnet. With the tip function (inching), even stacked sheets can be separated starting with a thickness of 5 mm. Magnet modules that are not needed can be switched off with the multi-channel control. This means a large magnet traverse system can be securely used for the transportation of smaller sheets. A backup battery is not needed for these magnet modules thanks to the EPM technology. Furthermore, the EPMagnet Module does not require any maintenance at all. Low-energy magnet control is possible through an impulse current switch and pre-selectable power levels. The effectiveness and efficiency can be seen on the one hand in the reduction of operating costs and on the other hand in a saving of time. The ASSFALG magnet traverses are particularly user-friendly through the pick-up mechanism, which works almost like a remote control. The magnet traverse is automatically switched on with the complete relief of the crane chain, while a magnet sensor near the magnet eyelet acts as a proximity switch and triggers the switch impulse (ON/OFF pick-up mechanism). This also reduces work steps and therefore costs as well. If you would not like the automatic mechanism, you still have the possibility to switch the magnet traverses either directly on the device or with an optionally available remote control.

Battery Telescope Magnetic Beam EPMBL-T
The electrically switchable telescopic arms of the Battery Telescopic Magnetic Beam EPMBL have a range up to1000 mm per side. This makes them extremely flexible in their use for lifting and transporting processes. The integrated rechargeable battery box means that no power connection is required. Sheets from 4 mm thickness of different sheet formats (up to 12 t) can be transported and lifted gently, safely and quickly. The remote control can be used to operate the tapping function (inching). Sheets with a thickness of 4 mm or more lying in the stack can thus be separated. With 400 switching cycles, the battery shows high efficiency in its performance. The electropermanent magnet modules (EPM) are made of solid steel. Electropermanent Magnets combine both electric and permanent Magnet Technology. It is a Permanent Magnet that is switched on and off electrically. When the battery level is low, the load remains on the magnet module without any loss of magnetic force.

Trough vibrators are used when deburring processes and surface treatment of heavy, bulky as well as long workpieces is required and when working in chambers without contact. • Round vibrators, round trough vibratory grinding machines are best used for small and large series of various workpieces.

Speedy - Two Assfalg machines from the same family for "chamfering defined edges".
The Speedy contour is ideal for precise deburring, chamfering and edge rounding of internal and external contours on small and flat workpieces. The Speedy contour has a wear-resistant and ground work plate. It is also optionally available with speed control and suction nozzle. The Speedy Kontur is available in the versions type 270 and 320, this refers to the table top size. Thanks to the brushless motor, the machine is suitable for continuous use. The Speedy 210 PSL edge processing machine with sliding carriage is designed for edge trimming and sanding small to medium-sized workpieces from 1 mm thick. For high-alloy materials, the standard speed range of 10,000 to 30,000 rpm can be adapted to 2,800 to 7,400 rpm by means of a technical modification. Thanks to the brushless motor, the machine is suitable for continuous operation. We recommend for both machines an industrial vacuum cleaner with automatic switch-on to ensure cleanliness at the workplace. This also increases the service life of the spindle.

SB950 Profile
Battery lifting magnet especially for profiles and supports The SB950-Profile is the compact solution for the safe and efficient lifting of steel profiles, especially U and H -shaped beams. With its narrow, deeply recessed pole shoes, it is ideal for confined geometries and profiles with low material thicknesses from 4 mm. The integrated automatic mode enables a contactless switching process: when the magnet is positioned and the crane eye is then released, the system switches on or off automatically. This not only increases process reliability, but also saves valuable time in daily use.

Beveling machine, automatic A330
The A330 automatic edge milling machine is used for precise processing of the top or bottom edges of small to large workpieces. The adjustable angle range is between 0° and +/- 60°, due to its 180° turning device. Thanks to its robust design, the machine is suitable for a wide range of materials and achieves surface finishes of Ra 3.2 to 6.3. The infinitely variable speed- and feed control also maximise tool life.

Chamfering Machine for Contours KKF 4-SL
The spindle bearings installed under preload give the KKF 4-SL highly accurate concentricity. Both solid carbide cutters and milling cutters with inserts can be used to achieve excellent tool life.

Chamfering Machine ASO 650-WSL
Chamfering Machine with V-prism for Straight Edges Deburring and chamfering of big workpieces is an easy job. Rounding of edges in use with radius inserts is also possible. Speed control is very useful when processing aluminum or stainless steel.
