AUJOR is a company specialist in stainless steel treatments.
We offer to our customers a wide range of stainless steel treatment processes to obtain the maximum technical, aesthetic, anticorrosive and quality results above all kind of surfaces manufactured on stainless steel.
For 60 years we are offering our knowledge in pickling, passivating, electropolishing, in our facilities or we move where the client requires it.
Therefore, we offer chemicals, machinery, accessories and advice and training to our customers so they can do it on their own.

PICKLING
Pickling is a chemical treatment that acts on the surface of stainless steel, eliminating impurities, contaminations and stains from thermo-welding, produced during handling, construction, machining, etc. It is also used for the maintenance of installations, machines and parts in all sectors. A clean surface is obtained, without impurities, with a homogeneous appearance and with the characteristics of the original stainless steel.
ELECTROPOLISHED
Electropolishing is an electrochemical treatment based on anodic dissolution that removes a thin layer of stainless steel in a controlled manner. It produces bright, uniform and passivated surfaces, reducing roughness, smoothing edges and eliminating micro-defects. It ensures parts that are easy to clean, decontaminated and provide maximum asepsis.
PASSIVATED
Passivation is a chemical process that acts on the surface of stainless steel, generating a forced oxidation of the surface chrome, which guarantees the formation of a uniform passive layer on the entire surface of the piece, ensuring its maximum resistance to corrosion.
DEROUGING
Derouging is a specialized chemical treatment used to remove oxides and discoloration from stainless steel surfaces when the passive layer has been altered by temperature, steam or contaminants. This process restores surface cleanliness without damaging the material, improves corrosion resistance and helps maintain hygiene, safety and system validation. After treatment, passivation is recommended to regenerate the protective layer of the stainless steel.
NER-INOX
NER-INOX is a controlled chemical oxidation treatment that transforms the surface of stainless steel, creating an intense, uniform and durable blue-black finish. Unlike paints or coatings, it does not add material or alter the dimensions or mechanical properties of the part. It forms a stable oxide layer that combines protection, resistance and high aesthetic value, making it ideal for components with demanding technical and visual requirements.
SUBLIMOTION PROCESS
Sublimotion Process® is an innovative, eco-friendly and highly hygienic surface treatment for stainless steel. By projecting a pressurized aqueous suspension with abrasives, it acts at a microscopic level to decontaminate and restore the surface after manufacturing processes, without using acids or aggressive chemicals. This process creates uniform, clean surfaces with optimized roughness and topography, improving their hygienic and technical performance. BIOLOGICAL CLEANING AND BIOFILM REMOVAL
Biological cleaning for stainless steel is a specialized treatment designed to remove biofilm, microbiological contamination and organic residues from critical process surfaces. Through controlled chemical methods, it acts against bacteria, yeasts and algae in pipes, tanks, reactors, membranes and industrial equipment, restoring hygienic conditions and installation safety. This treatment helps reduce contamination risks, improve the effectiveness of cleaning processes and maintain system reliability in sectors such as food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and biotechnology.
POLISHING AND BLASTING
Stainless steel polishing and blasting are mechanical treatments designed to improve surface quality according to technical, hygienic and aesthetic requirements. Mechanical polishing reduces surface irregularities and can achieve roughness values below Ra 0.2, improving cleanability, passivation and hygienic performance. Blasting, using abrasives such as glass beads or corundum, cleans, homogenizes and prepares the surface for subsequent processes. These treatments can be carried out both at our facilities and on site, including work inside reactors, tanks and confined spaces for sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing.
LARGE-SCALE TREATMENTS
Large-scale stainless steel treatments are designed to decontaminate, condition and prepare industrial equipment for highly demanding applications. Through processes such as electropolishing, pickling and passivation, clean, uniform and corrosion-resistant surfaces are obtained, suitable for sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, cosmetic and industrial applications. At AUJOR, these treatments are carried out on tanks, reactors, autoclaves, agitators, mixers, heat exchangers, tankers, silos and industrial piping systems, both at our facilities and on site. Each project is performed with technical control, compliance with international standards and final documentation of processes and results, ensuring traceability, safety and quality in critical applications.
ON-SITE SERVICES
On-site services make it possible to carry out specialized stainless steel treatments directly at the customer’s facilities, avoiding complex dismantling, transport and extended production downtime. Using mobile units and qualified technical personnel, processes such as pickling, passivation, electropolishing, biological cleaning, derouging and surface conditioning can be performed on already installed equipment. This service is especially suitable for tanks, reactors, piping, circuits, process machinery, CIP systems and large-scale equipment in sectors such as pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical, cosmetic, wine and industrial applications. Each intervention is adapted to the plant conditions, ensuring safety, technical control, traceability and documented results.
STAINLESS STEEL TREATMENT PRODUCTS
A range of technical products for the treatment, cleaning, protection and quality control of stainless steel surfaces. It includes degreasers, pickling products, passivating agents, neutralizers, electropolishing electrolytes, cleaning and finishing products, as well as solutions for quality control of treated surfaces. TIG BRUSH is a professional solution for cleaning, passivating and marking stainless steel, specially designed to remove discoloration, oxides and heat tint from welds without damaging the surface. Its technology combines portable equipment, specific brushes and high-performance liquids to achieve uniform, clean and corrosion-resistant finishes in a fast, safe and controlled way. Personal protective equipment, application systems and spare parts for carrying out stainless steel surface treatments safely, efficiently and professionally. The range includes face shields, goggles, hoods, coveralls, boots, gloves, aprons, respirators, filter cartridges, sprayers, brushes, spare parts and pneumatic Teflon pumps.
