Specialists in stainless steel treatments: services, products and tailored technical advice.

At AUJOR, we specialise in stainless steel surface treatments. We help industrial companies improve the corrosion resistance, cleanliness, finish and performance of their components, equipment and installations, with solutions tailored to each application.

Our core services are pickling, passivation and electropolishing: processes that remove oxides and contaminants, support corrosion protection, and produce smoother surfaces that are easier to clean. Our wider treatment portfolio includes derouging, NER-INOX blackening, Sublimotion Process®, mechanical polishing and abrasive blasting, and biological cleaning for biofilm removal.

Treatment at our facilities and on site

We treat everything from individual components and manufactured parts to large equipment, including tanks, reactors, heat exchangers and pipework. We work both at our own facilities and at customers’ premises using mobile units, adapting each intervention to the dimensions, geometry and operating conditions of the project. We also treat circuits through chemical recirculation and carry out work on installed equipment.

We serve the pharmaceutical and biotechnology, wine, food and beverage, cosmetics, chemical, automotive, aerospace, medical and nuclear industries, as well as machinery manufacturers, engineering companies and architectural projects.

Our processes follow the applicable technical standards and customer specifications. These include ASTM A380, ASTM A967, AMS 2700 and UNE-EN 2516 for cleaning and passivation, and ASTM B912 and ISO 15730 for electropolishing, alongside ASME BPE requirements where relevant to the application. Process control and technical documentation provide traceability and support each project’s quality requirements.

Products, equipment and support for your own treatment processes

We supply products for the different stages of stainless steel treatment: degreasers, pickling and passivation products, electropolishing electrolytes, derouging products, neutralisers, cleaning and finishing products, and quality control tests. We also offer a dedicated range for the nuclear industry.

Our supply offering includes personal protective equipment (PPE), machinery, application equipment, accessories and spare parts. Through technical advice and staff training, we help customers select products, define application methods and choose the appropriate equipment for effective and safe processes. We also advise on the implementation and optimisation of treatment lines.

Official TIG Brush® distributors in Spain

We distribute TIG Brush®, the technology developed by Australian manufacturer Ensitech and used internationally for the electrochemical cleaning and passivation of stainless steel welds. Its equipment, fluids and accessories remove weld oxides and heat tint and, with the appropriate configuration, enable permanent marking through printing or etching.

Backed by years of Ensitech research and development, TIG Brush® complements our offering with a solution for weld treatment and localised finishing, both in the workshop and at customers’ premises, supported by AUJOR’s technical advice and training.
