POLISHING AND BLASTING

Stainless steel polishing and blasting are mechanical treatments designed to improve surface quality according to technical, hygienic and aesthetic requirements.

Mechanical polishing reduces surface irregularities and can achieve roughness values below Ra 0.2, improving cleanability, passivation and hygienic performance.

Blasting, using abrasives such as glass beads or corundum, cleans, homogenizes and prepares the surface for subsequent processes.

These treatments can be carried out both at our facilities and on site, including work inside reactors, tanks and confined spaces for sectors such as chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing.
