About us
AUJOR is a company specialist in stainless steel treatments.
We offer to our customers a wide range of stainless steel treatment processes to obtain the maximum technical, aesthetic, anticorrosive and quality results above all kind of surfaces manufactured on stainless steel.
For 60 years we are offering our knowledge in pickling, passivating, electropolishing, in our facilities or we move where the client requires it.
Therefore, we offer chemicals, machinery, accessories and advice and training to our customers so they can do it on their own.
Products & services
EQUIPMENT
Whether we work in our facilities or in our customer’s premises, we have special equipment machinery to effect pickling and passivation tasks on pieces and large equipments. Equipment machinery that ranges from pneumatic pumps for spraying to electric pumps and other equipments to treat piping interior circuits. We are experts in the stainless steel pipes pasivation and therefore, we have electric pumps of different flow rates, which through an skid (lung tank with different connections and valves) as well as special technical hoses for chemical products, we create a close circuit in order to passivate pipes. All this according to standard.866/5000 (ASTM A380).
BIG SURFACES
In AUJOR have no limits of measures. We have the experience from a lot of years electro polishing and pickling deposits, reactors, autoclaves, agitators, mixers, exchangers, cisterns, silo… Through the electro polishing and picking we obtain a totally decontaminated surface and ready to be used in the chemist industry, pharmaceutical, at feeding, building, cisterns cleaning, deposits and networks … Following the international most common standards: ASTM B912-02”Standard Specification for Passivation of Stainless Steels Using Electropolishing”, ASTM A380, UNE EN 2516, or the specific our clients give us. When the electropolishing o pickling work is finished we attached the processes and results documents obtained from the test made.
MARKING
Do you need to personalize a stainless steel surface? We can mark the stainless steel thanks to the TIG BRUSH technology. This system allows personalization in black and white. Depending on the company requirements, we can make customs texts or numbering codes using a printer and special ribbon marking of size and length that you want (height up to 24mm), otherwise we can made a logo special template (on request) in case we need to repeat the same marking several times. With the custom template is possible to repeat infinity of marking. We offer the possibility to do it by yourself with the equipments and training give it by us or we can move to your facilities
POLISH
A mechanical polishing of stainless steel with minimal roughness. Our mechanical polishing obtain roughness less than Ra 0,2, achieving a perfect clean and passivation. We are experts in interior polishing of reactors stainless steel from chemist/ pharmaceutical/ feeding, as a result we have all the necessary work equipments, safety equipments and work training will need for execute the works our clients require. We offer the possibility of carrying out works in our facilities or in the client´s, if he wants, without no limits of measures, from 10 m3 to 30m3.
PASSIVE TEST
We have a passive test to check if a stainless steel piece is passivated or not. It consists on a measurement between the difference of potential from the metal surface as the standard ASTM G82-98. Through a probe situated on the stainless steel surface and after some seconds of to be started the test, we obtain the results that shows if the passivation is ok or not.
PRODUCTS
We have a variety of products to be use by the client in case of he wanted to do it by himself processes of Pickling, Passivated, Degreasing and previous cleaning. Also we have Individual Protection Equipment, sprayers and machines to be use it in the best safety and guarantee.

NER-INOX
Ner-inox is a controlled chemical oxidation of the stainless steel surface. As a result we obtain an intensive black colour surface and appreciable uniformity. With Ner-inox we offer a differential option to show the typical stainless steel.
DEROUGING
DEROUGING We offer you suitable solutions for the removal of deposits with rouging on stainless steel without altering the condition of the surface. Our chemical processes allow an effective intervention, fast and without risk of degradation for the surfaces to be treated.
BIOFILM CLEANING
BIOFILM CLEANING Biofilms are complex communities of microorganisms capable of colonizing and adhering to almost any type of surface, forming biofilms. In reality, these are three-dimensional structures where the microorganisms are enveloped by a matrix made up of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) and water. This makes it easier for cells inside to protect themselves from environmental stress and interact with each other, enabling their proliferation. The threat of these microbiological structures is twofold. On the one hand, because they cause the deterioration of products or surfaces in which they are developed. On the other hand, when biofilms are formed by microorganisms of a pathogenic nature, they are a cause of great concern in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic or clinical industries, since they represent a source of contamination of the products and a risk to public health. The main problems caused by the presence of biofilms are: • Contamination of the product, loss of quality and its useful life. • Infections or diseases when pathogenic microorganisms are present. • Sealing of pipes and pipes, reducing the flow rate and increasing energy costs. • Obturation and deterioration of membranes, producing the reduction of permeability. • Reduction of energy transfer and energy efficiency. • Corrosion of metal surfaces, when sulfate-reducing or acid-producing bacteria grow on the biofilm. At Aujor we are specialists in performing biofilm cleaning-disinfection. We can carry out the treatment in our facilities or we move to carry out the work on site at the client's home.
SUBLIMOTION PROCESS
The Sublimotion Process is a new stainless steel treatment process that guarantees perfect decontamination, restoring to stainless steel the qualities it had before the manufacturing processes. Treats and decontaminates all types of stainless steel qualities, to generate surfaces with optimal roughness, topography and uniformity.
ELECTROPOLISHED
Electropolishing is an electrochemical treatment by anodic dissolution of the stainless steel surface that results in a spectacular shiny finish and improves the properties of stainless steel, reducing roughness, uniformity, slight deburring, maximum cleanliness and asepsis.
PICKLING
Pickling is a chemical treatment that acts on the surface of stainless steel, eliminating impurities, contaminations and stains from thermo-welding, produced during handling, construction, machining, etc. It is also used for the maintenance of installations, machines and parts in all sectors. A clean surface is obtained, without impurities, with a homogeneous appearance and with the characteristics of the original stainless steel.
PASSIVATED
Passivation is a chemical process that acts on the surface of stainless steel, generating a forced oxidation of the surface chrome, which guarantees the formation of a uniform passive layer on the entire surface of the piece, ensuring its maximum resistance to corrosion.
TIG BRUSH
At AUJOR, we are the official distributor in Spain of Tig Brush products. Tig Brush is a stainless-steel weld cleaning system that safely and effectively removes heat tint without altering the metal surface. We offer a wide range of fluids for pickling, electropolishing, passivation, and cleaning, which improve safety, quality, and waste management. In addition, we provide various accessories such as marking and etching kits. We also supply the necessary spare parts and components for machine maintenance, and our technicians are available to assist you with any questions or troubleshooting needs.
