The Swiss company BIBUS Holding AG brings together an international network of independent subsidiaries in Europe and Asia. The Spanish subsidiary BIBUS Spain S.L. is composed of a team of professionals with a high technical qualification and the vocation to offer solutions to its customers in the fields of Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Environment and Mechatronics. In addition to product distribution, it designs, manufactures and commissions equipment in the aforementioned fields. It is basically oriented to OEM’s and supply companies.

Electrak® HD actuators

ACE industrial shock absorbers
ACE industrial shock absorbers are built to the highest quality. Shock absorber bodies and inner pressure chambers are fully machined from solid high tensile alloy steel. This gives a completely closed end one-piece pressure chamber with no seals or circlips being necessary. The advantage of this design concept is that the ACE shock absorber is able to withstand much higher internal pressures or overload without damage, giving a very high safety margin. The chance of a sudden failure due to overload etc. is effectively ruled out.
ACE TUBUS profile dampers
The profile dampers from the innovative ACE TUBUS series is a maintenance free, self-contained damping element made from a special co-polyester elastomer. As a result of the digressive damping characteristic it provides high energy absorption at the beginning of its stroke. The excellent temperature characteristic of the material provides consistent damping performance over a temperature of -40 °C to 90 °C. If the moving mass does not have to stop in an exact datum position and it is not necessary to absorb 100% of the incoming energy, the low installed weight, the economic price and the long operating life of up to 1 million cycles make this an attractive alternative to hydraulic end position damping.
ACE rotary dampers
ACE rotary dampers are sealed maintenance-free units. They are available with fixed or adjustable damping rates. The damping can be clockwise, anticlockwise or in both directions. The outer body is either plastic or metal depending upon model size. The output connection can be direct onto the keyed output shaft or indirect via a plastic gear (available with 4 standard modules). Plastic racks with modules of 0.5 to 1 are also available. Applications include office machinery, lids and flaps, floppy disc drives, piano lids, CD players, auto glove-boxes, vending machines, medical equipment, furniture industry and a multitude of other uses.
Miniature Shock Absorbers
Miniature shock absorbers from ACE are tried-and-tested quality products used in millions of industrial construction designs throughout the world. They optimise machines in an equally reliable and effective way by decelerating loads quickly and without recoil. The compact, maintenance-free, hydraulic machine elements can be easily and quickly integrated in any construction design and certain models can be directly integrated in pneumatic cylinders. They reduce the load on handling devices, rotary and pivoting actuators, linear cylinders and many other industrial applications and increase their efficiency. Innovative ACE sealing techniques and shock absorber bodies and inner pressure chambers, fully machined from solid high tensile alloy, tube-shaped steel, ensure a long service life.
Rubber-Metal Isolators
Consisting of eight different types, ACE presents a complete range of rubber-metal isolators. These isolate bothersome impacts and vibrations from machines and motors so much that the working conditions are considerably improved for people and the environment and so that the production results can be increased. Whether it is levelling or robust machine feet, tube elements, vibration isolating connection elements or quick attachment elements, all ACE rubber-metal isolators can be used universally. The eight presented standard versions are perfect solutions to the majority of vibration problems known in industrial applications. And if the circumstances are different, the well-known good ACE service is at hand with individual solutions.
Low frequency pneumatic levelling mounts
ACE has a range of low frequency pneumatic levelling mounts under the designations PLM and PAL: they keep vibrations, impacts and force peaks, e.g. from high performance and precision machines, at bay. The PLM pneumatic levelling mounts particularly serve the purpose of isolating test facilities and high performance machine with their low intrinsic frequency of 3 Hz. A ratio of 1:1 between the horizontal and vertical intrinsic frequency ensures strong horizontal stability and a longer service life, amongst other aspects. The low frequency PAL pneumatic levelling mounts with automatic level regulation create conditions with a constant level. This efficient variant, used in precision measuring devices amongst others, is distinguished by the fast reaction time and intrinsic frequencies, which can reach levels of up to 0.5 Hz depending on the design.
Vibration-Isolating Pads
SLAB, CEL and PAD: three different pad types, one purpose; to provide users in all areas with the best customised insulation technology. ACE guarantees this with the wide-ranging offer of vibration isolating pads and with customisation specific to the customer. SLAB products are universal damping pads produced from PUR materials according to a patented formula. The low frequency damping CEL are made of nitrile rubber and can be attached in multiple layers. The robust textile and elastomer pads from the PAD series are assembled in layers, which makes them very strong and versatile. All three product families are available as standard pads or drawing parts cut precisely to customer requirements.
I&W electric drive motors
The electric drive motors - consisting of a brake, motor and mechanical gearbox - from our Swiss partner I&W are designed to facilitate the replacement or substitution of hydraulic drive motors or combustion engines. They are 40% smaller and more compact than other motors on the market and can be used in applications where space is at a premium.
